Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Holidays, weather, customs processing, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside of our control may affect delivery.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before your purchase is completed. Shipping prices may vary depending on the product, package size, destination, and shipping method.

Multiple Packages

If you purchase multiple items, your order may arrive in separate packages or on different days because products may be shipped from different fulfillment locations.

Order Tracking

When tracking information is available, you will receive tracking details after your order ships. Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking information.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error, please contact GlamAddictz as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around your delivery location and contact the shipping carrier. You may also contact GlamAddictz for assistance.
