GlamAddictz Return & Refund Policy

At GlamAddictz, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy.

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which they were received.
  • Items must include all original packaging, tags, accessories, and/or boxes when applicable.
  • Proof of purchase or your order number may be required.
  • Items that have been worn, used, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned incomplete may not qualify for a refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact GlamAddictz as soon as possible so we can review the issue and make it right.

Photos of the item and packaging may be requested to help us process your claim.

Return Shipping

Unless an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by GlamAddictz.

Please use a trackable shipping method when returning merchandise. GlamAddictz is not responsible for returned packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional processing time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund to your account.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, or safety reasons, certain opened or used personal-care, beauty, cosmetic, or similar products may not be eligible for return.

Gift cards and items specifically marked Final Sale are also non-returnable unless required by applicable law.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, color, or item, please contact GlamAddictz regarding availability. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, contact GlamAddictz within 30 days of delivery and include:

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • Item(s) you would like to return
  • Reason for the return
  • Photos if the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect

Please do not send a return back without first requesting return instructions from GlamAddictz.
